time2012/09/25

In Sunday afternoon, one 73-year-old man was killed in a Borger apartment fire which was caused by a cigarette, the Texas Fire Marshal’s Office announced on Tuesday.Fire Marshal Jerry Langwell said:"Kenneth Herin was smoking a cigarette. Somehow the cig ignited a home oxygen supply which was used for breathing assistance." According to preliminary autopsy results, the fire burned Herin’s throat and lungs. Investigators have not yet determined exactly how the cigarette ignited the oxygen.

If electronic cigarette alternates cigarette, Herin would not die in the fire. Because e-cigarette is only a atomize device, it is no fire. moreover, cigarette electronic is more healthy than real cigarettes.
